The c1cards.com website is always open, allowing you to purchase a gift card 24/7. Head office is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. Customer service inquiries sent to c1cards@birchmountnetwork.com are answered within 2 business days.
C1’s head office is located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
There is no tax charged on gift card purchases. You will be charged the usual sales tax on your product purchase at the dispensary.

C1 cards do not expire.

You can use C1 cards like cash towards purchases at any dispensary listed on c1cards.com. Simply present the card at check-out, displayed on your phone or on a printout, and the value of the gift card will be applied to your purchase.
C1 will prompt you to enter the name of your gift recipient and provide a space for a custom message that will be displayed directly on the e-gift.
No, C1 cards are digital only at this time.

My Account

In order to gain access to your information, you have to sign into your account. Click on “My Account” which is located at the top right of the c1cards.com home page. If you are a returning customer, fill in the “Already have an account” information. If you are a new customer, you’ll need to Create an Account.
The first thing you need to do to gain access to your information is to sign into your account. Click on “My Account” which is located at the top right of the c1cards.com home page. Here you must enter your email address and password. After you have logged in, you will see a link to all your Account Details.
If you cannot remember your password please click on “My Account” followed by “Forgot your Password?” which is located under the Customer Sign inbox. Here you must enter the email address which is linked to you C1 account. Your password will be sent to your registered email address.

Payment/Credits

Ordinarily, your order will be processed automatically. However, you may get a phone call from Customer Support verifying your order to protect you from fraudulent use of your credit card.
Currently C1 allows its customers to order in Canadian dollars only.
